We miss you, Pepsi Blue.

Pepsi-Cola, commonly called Pepsi, is a soft drink produced and manufactured by Pepsi-Co. It is sold worldwide in store, restaurants and vending machines. The drink was first made in the 1890's, by pharmacists Calbe Bradham. The brand was trademarked on June 16, 1903. There have been many Pepsi variants produced over the year, including Diet, Pepsi Max, Pepsi Samba, Pepsi Blue, Pepsi Gold, Pepsi Jazz and Pepsi Next (available in Japan).

Like any beverages in the market, Pepsi Blue has also something that can catch any customer's attention and indulgence to sweet drinks. We, Filipinos need something to quench our thirst. Pepsi Blue was launched in mid-2002 and discontinued in Canada and the United States in 2004, although it remains available in some other countries. Its berry flavor was a result of taste-testing over 100 flavors over a 9-month period. Designed to compete with Coca-Cola's Vanilla Coke, it is sometimes compared to new Coke, a second failure along with the much-maligned Crystal Pepsi.

The flavor of Pespi Blue was described by Pepsi only as "berry" and described by drinkers as like blueberries or raspberries or similar to cotton-candy with a berry-like aftertaste and much more sugary and syrupy than regular cola. It was tinted using Blue 1, a highly controversial coloring agent banned in numerous countries at the time. The move to make a brightly-colored version of the flagship Pepsi brand was spurred by 2001's introduction of Mountain Dew Code Red, which had bumped PepsiCo's Mountain Dew division sales up 6%.

Pepsi Blue became one of the most interesting and luscious beverage of all-time. With its color and innate sweetness, no one can resist falling in love with it. No one can refuse the temptation of getting his own cold-Pepsi Blue. From little kids up to young at heart, no one will ever turn their back with Pepsi Blue. It is sad that this product will no longer be seen in our favorites supermarkets, but at least, it it is true that it contains bad substance, it is good that we are safe.

MacBook Madness

We can officially say that everything is going digital; from time to time we see new gadgets wandering around us. Computers, in particular are the most used gadgets today. From desktop to laptop, we can’t resist the temptation to explore and discover what is like to have high-tech and useful gadgets. We can’t deny the fact that most of us use computers, students to professionals can’t live a day without holding the mouse, lay a hand on your touch pad and sit in front of that inducing monitor. Since it is time to discover more about techie bits and pieces, let’s give a way to this one of a kind product of Apple – the redesigned aluminum MacBook. There is a wide range of Apple MacBook models to see, but this simple yet powerful MacBook will surely complete your day.

When I got to see and touch my own MacBook last June 2009. Mixed emotions and expectations crossed my mind. Since Apple has already established its own name in the business, it is not hard for me to be convinced of its usefulness and uniqueness. The first best thing I liked about MacBook is, it is virus-free laptop. You can be assured that your laptop is far from danger. Secondly, if you are fond of listening to thousands of songs and play mind-boggling, exciting and tricky games using your iTouch or iPhone, MacBook is surely the best laptop for you, its compatibility with your handy dandy gadgets will surely make you happy. Aside from its useful features, MacBook also has a host of other features. A new light sensor adjusts display brightness based on ambient lighting, and the backlit keyboard comes on the pricier model. The battery indicator has been moved from the bottom of the case to the left side. The only visual cue is a slightly recessed circle — a button — and when you press it, a line of eight tiny LEDs lights up in a row to show you the power level. All aluminum MacBooks include 802.11n WiFi networking, Bluetooth, gigabit Ethernet, two USB ports, and audio in and out jacks (supporting both analog and S/PDIF cables). A slot-loading SuperDrive is on the right, handling all the usual CD/DVD±R/RW/DL media options. The aluminum MacBook is rated for up to 4 GB of RAM (it ships with 2 GB). It has also environmental impacts; high points include arsenic-free glass, no brominated flame-retardants, no mercury, no PVC. This will reduce toxicity if some MacBooks are improperly disposed of (as, inevitably, some will be). Although aluminum is highly recyclable, it also is very energy-intensive to produce. And while scraps from machining are recycled during manufacturing, they too require energy to re-melt into blocks of usable material. Those are the important points and added features of MacBook.

This laptop will surely make you exciting and provoking. During school days or even summer and school breaks, you could still use and enjoy your laptop. During school days, aside from using your all time favorite Microsoft Office, you could also enjoy the stickies that you could use for you to be reminded of your schedule, deadline and so much more. Other necessities for school and work are also present in MacBook. During summer vacations, you could still enjoy your laptop with your Photo Booth, Garage Band, iTunes and many more. You wouldn’t dare to ask for more. From the moment I got my own, until now, I am still surprise about the features of this product. Every time I check and use my MacBook, another great experience and discovery occurs. What more could you ask for. If you need a laptop, no need to think, get your own MacBook. The price is very right. If you think it is expensive, you will be assured that the content and features of MacBook is more than the price you have to pay for.
Grab you own now and take a look at MacBook.
